witty or silent. It can be extremely silly or point out the failure
of society. Avner Eisenberg has been performing and teaching internationally

their clown skills. Participants should have some professional performing
experience.

Practice 12
Music in Physical and Visual Performance
The
role of the musician in the creation of new work is frequently
overlooked. In the physical and visual performance sector, the
spoken word is less important and music and sound are essential
ingredients when creating atmosphere. This discussion will focus
on the importance of music and how it affects the other elements
of a performance. Speakers include: Mat Costain (Generating Company),
David Lasserson (Gogmagogs, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra) John Martin
(Pan Centre For Intercultural Arts). Back by popular demand, the
discussion will be chaired by Dick McCaw.
