Teatro Corsario's blood curdling love story feeds off the rich tradition of vampire literature embodied in the works of such writers as Tolstoy, Goethe, Baudelaire and Bram Stoker. Spectacular, gory, sexually explicit and shot through with dark humour, Vampyria is large-scale puppet theatre like no other you've seen before! Based in Valladolid, Teatre Corsario has appeared in all the major Spanish theatre festivals. Overseas it has toured to Portugal and Poland, and now makes its first visit to the UK.
