At the moment of birth his eyes open and he sees everything. He
is numb in an abstract world and everyones losing their
ability to communicate. Surfing from image to image on a swell
of physical energy and visual explosiveness, Gecko will take you
on a ride. Tumbling from scene to scene, The Race follows
the journey of a man trying to reconnect his feelings and truly
live.
Gecko is building a reputation as one of the most exciting new
theatre companies in the UK. Their first show Taylors
Dummies was an extraordinary piece of physical daring that
has wowed audiences around the world.
Devised and performed by Al Nedjari, Amit Lahav, James Flynn,
Sachi Kimura and Elisa Laghi.
'Fantastically enjoyable and gloriously inventive'.
